Please note that any use of this website means that you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL
All prices on the website are given in Euro and all payments must be made in Euro. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
Payments can be made using any of the methods listed in the below payments section. The total amount will be debited from your account when we have accepted your offer to purchase goods from us.
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH WWW.MAISHA.STYLE
These terms and conditions along with our invoice and privacy policy constitute the agreement between you and us relating to the provision of goods you have offered to purchase. These conditions supersede all other proposals both aural and written.
Upon ordering we are not making a legal offer to provide the goods ordered. We are inviting you to make a legal offer to us for you to purchase the goods. It is entirely at our discretion to reject or accept your offer of purchase. This agreement is only confirmed when we have accepted your offer to purchase the goods and have sent you an invoice or dispatch receipt that includes the date of the agreement being accepted which will be the date shown on said invoice or receipt.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We are currently working with Mollie concerning payments and they cover almost all credit/debit cards.
The most important are: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact/Mistercash, Paypal and IDEAL.
PRIVACY
Maisha.Style takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade or rent your information to anyone. When you place an order at www.maisha.style we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and creditcard number. We use this information to fulfil the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your creditcard details.
DELIVERY
All our orders are shipped by Bpost which is a trackable service to your door. Maisha.Style only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Orders sent within Belgium should arrive between 2-3 business days. Shipment within Europe wil take around 5-7 business days. Notice these delivery times are after being dispatched. Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.
We deliver to following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Norway.

PICK UP (Only in Belgium)
When you finalise your purchase you can select the option “Pick-up”. The order will then be ready for pick up at the warehouse within 2 weekdays. You have 7 days to collect the order. Note that you must have your order receipt (sent to you via email) with you in order for us to identify the correct order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return: Returning is possible within 14 days after receiving your package. The articles should be unworn and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached. If something is wrong, please let us know as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY
Send us an email within 3 days after receiving your package at [email protected] including your order number, name and reason for your return. We will answer your email within 48 hours. Returning your package is at your own costs, unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer, within 5 workdays, depending on your bank, after receiving your package.
APPLICABLE LAWS
Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Belgium in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
